1 ¶ Halelu-JAH. Praise the LORD, O my soul.

你 们 要 赞 美 耶 和 华 ！ 我 的 心 哪 ， 你 要 赞 美 耶 和 华 ！

2 I n my life I will praise the LORD; I will sing praises unto my God while I live.

我 一 生 要 赞 美 耶 和 华 ！ 我 还 活 的 时 候 要 歌 颂 我 的 神 ！

3 P ut not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man in whom there is no salvation.

你 们 不 要 倚 靠 君 王 ， 不 要 倚 靠 世 人 ； 他 一 点 不 能 帮 助 。

4 H is spirit shall go forth, he shall return to his earth; in that very day all his thoughts shall perish.

他 的 气 一 断 ， 就 归 回 尘 土 ； 他 所 打 算 的 ， 当 日 就 消 灭 了 。

5 ¶ Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God;

以 雅 各 的 神 为 帮 助 、 仰 望 耶 和 华 ─ 他 神 的 ， 这 人 便 为 有 福 ！

6 w ho made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is therein; who keeps truth for ever:

耶 和 华 造 天 、 地 、 海 ， 和 其 中 的 万 物 ； 他 守 诚 实 ， 直 到 永 远 。

7 H e who does justice unto the oppressed; who gives bread to the hungry. The LORD looses the prisoners:

他 为 受 屈 的 伸 冤 ， 赐 食 物 与 饥 饿 的 。 耶 和 华 释 放 被 囚 的 ；

8 T he LORD opens the eyes of the blind; the LORD raises those that are bowed down; the LORD loves the righteous:

耶 和 华 开 了 瞎 子 的 眼 睛 ； 耶 和 华 扶 起 被 压 下 的 人 。 耶 和 华 喜 爱 义 人 。

9 T he LORD preserves the strangers; he raises up the fatherless and widow; but the way of the wicked he turns upside down.

耶 和 华 保 护 寄 居 的 ， 扶 持 孤 儿 和 寡 妇 ， 却 使 恶 人 的 道 路 弯 曲 。

10 T he LORD shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, from generation to generation. Halelu-JAH.

耶 和 华 要 作 王 ， 直 到 永 远 ！ 锡 安 哪 ， 你 的 神 要 作 王 ， 直 到 万 代 ！ 你 们 要 赞 美 耶 和 华 ！
