1 ¶ Amo al SEÑOR, porque ha oído mi voz y mis súplicas.

I love the Lord, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications.

2 P orque ha inclinado a mí su oído, le invocaré en todos mis días.

Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live.

3 M e rodearon los dolores de la muerte, me encontraron las angustias del Seol; angustia y dolor había yo hallado.

The sorrows of death compassed me, and the pains of hell gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow.

4 E ntonces invoqué el Nombre del SEÑOR, diciendo: Libra ahora, oh SEÑOR, mi alma.

Then called I upon the name of the Lord; O Lord, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.

5 C lemente es el SEÑOR y justo; sí, misericordioso es nuestro Dios.

Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful.

6 E l SEÑOR guarda a los simples; estaba debilitado, y me salvó.

The Lord preserveth the simple: I was brought low, and he helped me.

7 V uelve, oh alma mía, a tu reposo; porque el SEÑOR te ha hecho bien.

Return unto thy rest, O my soul; for the Lord hath dealt bountifully with thee.

8 P orque has librado mi alma de la muerte, mis ojos de lágrimas, y mis pies de resbalar.

For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.

9 A ndaré delante del SEÑOR en la tierra de los vivientes.

I will walk before the Lord in the land of the living.

10 ¶ Creí; por tanto hablé, y fui afligido en gran manera.

I believed, therefore have I spoken: I was greatly afflicted:

11 Y dije en mi apresuramiento: Todo hombre es mentiroso.

I said in my haste, All men are liars.

12 ¿ Qué pagaré al SEÑOR por todos sus beneficios para conmigo?

What shall I render unto the Lord for all his benefits toward me?

13 T omaré la copa de la salud, e invocaré el Nombre del SEÑOR.

I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the Lord.

14 A hora pagaré mis votos al SEÑOR delante de todo su pueblo.

I will pay my vows unto the Lord now in the presence of all his people.

15 E stimada es en los ojos del SEÑOR la muerte de sus misericordiosos.

Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.

16 A sí es oh SEÑOR, porque yo soy tu siervo, yo soy tu siervo, hijo de tu sierva; tú rompiste mis prisiones.

O Lord, truly I am thy servant; I am thy servant, and the son of thine handmaid: thou hast loosed my bonds.

17 T e ofreceré sacrificio de alabanza, e invocaré el Nombre del SEÑOR.

I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the Lord.

18 A hora pagaré mis votos al SEÑOR delante de todo su pueblo;

I will pay my vows unto the Lord now in the presence of all his people,

19 e n los atrios de la Casa del SEÑOR, en medio de ti, oh Jerusalén. Alelu-JAH.

in the courts of the Lord’s house, in the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye the Lord.
