1 ي ا اللهُ ارحَمْنا وَبارِكْنا. لَيتَ وَجهَكَ يُشرِقُ لَنا. سِلاهْ

To the Overseer, with stringed instruments. -- A Psalm, a Song. God doth favour us and bless us, Doth cause His face to shine with us. Selah.

2 ل َيتَ طَرِيقَكَ فِي كُلِّ مَكانٍ تُعرَفُ. لَيتَ الشُّعُوبَ كُلَّها تَعرِفُ قُوَّةَ خَلاصِكَ.

For the knowledge in earth of Thy way, among all nations of Thy salvation.

3 ل َيتَ النّاسَ يُسَبِّحُونَكَ يا اللهُ. لَيتَ كُلَّ النّاسِ يُسَبِّحُونَكَ.

Praise Thee do peoples, O God, Praise Thee do peoples, all of them.

4 ي َنبَغِي أنْ تَفرَحَ كُلُّ الشُّعُوبِ. لأنَّكَ بِالإنصافِ تَحكُمُ البَشَرَ، وَأنتَ مَنْ يُرْشِدُها فِي الأرْضِ.

Rejoice and sing do nations, For Thou judgest peoples uprightly, And peoples on earth comfortest. Selah.

5 ل ِيُسَبِّحْكَ الشَّعبُ يا اللهُ. لِيُسَبِّحْكَ كُلُّ البَشَرِ.

Confess Thee do peoples, O God, Confess Thee do peoples -- all of them.

6 أ عطِ الأرْضَ غَلَّتَها الوَفِيرَةَ. فَاللهُ إلَهُنا، يُبارِكُنا دائِماً.

Earth hath given her increase, God doth bless us -- our God,

7 ا للهُ يُبارِكُنا، وَعَلَى البَشَرِ فِي البِلادِ البَعِيدَةِ أنْ تَخشاهُ.

God doth bless us, and all ends of earth fear Him!
