1 P raise the Lord! I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart, In the company of the upright and in the assembly.

هَلِّلُويا! أحمَدُ اللهَ بِكُلِّ قَلبِي فِي مَجالِسِ المُستَقِيمِينَ وَاجتِماعاتِهِمْ.

2 G reat are the works of the Lord; They are studied by all who delight in them.

يَصنَعُ اللهُ أُمُوراً عَظِيمَةً، يَسعَى إلَيها الصّالِحُونَ الَّذِينَ يَسُرُّونَهُ.

3 S plendid and majestic is His work, And His righteousness endures forever.

أعمالُهُ عَجِيبَةٌ وَمَجِيدَةٌ، إلَى الأبَدِ تَثبُتُ أعمالُ بِرِّهِ.

4 H e has made His wonders to be remembered; The Lord is gracious and compassionate.

عَجائِبُهُ لا تُنسَى، تُذَكِّرُ بِأنَّ اللهَ طَيِّبٌ وَرَحِيمٌ!

5 H e has given food to those who fear Him; He will remember His covenant forever.

دائِماً يَتَذَكَّرُ عَهدَهُ، وَيُعطِي لِتابِعِيهِ طَعاماً.

6 H e has made known to His people the power of His works, In giving them the heritage of the nations.

أخبَرَ شَعبَهُ كَمْ سَتَكُونُ قُوَّةُ أعمالِهِ، لِكَي يُعطِيَهُمْ أرْضَ شُعُوبٍ أُخْرَى.

7 T he works of His hands are truth and justice; All His precepts are sure.

أعمالُهُ مَوثُوقَةٌ وَمُنصِفَةٌ. أحكامُهُ يُتَّكَلُ عَلَيها.

8 T hey are upheld forever and ever; They are performed in truth and uprightness.

تَظَلُّ راسِخَةً إلَى الأبَدِ، بِأمانَةٍ وَإخلاصٍ صُنِعَتْ.

9 H e has sent redemption to His people; He has ordained His covenant forever; Holy and awesome is His name.

حَرَّرَ شَعبَهُ مِنْ آسِرِيهِمْ أعطاهُمْ عَهدَهُ إلَى الأبَدِ. اسْمُهُ مُقَدَّسٌ وَمَهُوبٌ.

10 T he fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments; His praise endures forever.

مَخافَةُ اللهِ هِيَ بِدايَةُ الحِكْمَةِ. وَكُلُّ مَنْ يُطِيعُ وَصاياهُ فَهِيمٌ. إلَى الأبَدِ يَستَمِرُّ تَسبِيحُهُ!
