1 T hen Bildad the Shuhite answered and said:

Markaasaa Bildad oo ahaa reer Shuuxii u jawaabay, oo wuxuu ku yidhi,

2 “ Dominion and fear belong to Him; He makes peace in His high places.

Dowladnimo iyo cabsiba isagaa leh, Oo meelihiisa sarena nabad buu ka dhigaa.

3 I s there any number to His armies? Upon whom does His light not rise?

Ciidammadiisu ma tiray leeyihiin? Oo yuu yahay kan aan iftiinkiisu ku soo bixin?

4 H ow then can man be righteous before God? Or how can he be pure who is born of a woman?

Balse sidee baa nin u kari karaa inuu Ilaah hortiisa xaq ku ahaado? Mid naagu dhashayse sidee buu u karaa inuu nadiif ahaado?

5 I f even the moon does not shine, And the stars are not pure in His sight,

Bal eeg, xataa dayuxu hortiisa nuur kuma leh, Oo xiddiguhuna hortiisa daahir kuma aha.

6 H ow much less man, who is a maggot, And a son of man, who is a worm?”
