1 T hen Moses gathered together all the people of Israel, saying, “These are the things that the Lord has told you to do.

وَجَمَعَ مُوسَى بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ وَقالَ لَهُمْ: «هَذِهِ هِيَ الوَصايا الَّتِي أمَرَكُمُ اللهُ بِحِفظِها.

2 W ork may be done for six days. But the seventh day will be a holy day for you, a Day of Rest to the Lord. Whoever does any work on this day will be put to death.

يُمكِنُكُمْ أنْ تَعمَلُوا لِسِتَّةِ أيّامٍ، وَأمّا اليَومُ السّابِعُ فَسَيَكُونُ لَكُمْ يَومَ راحَةٍ للهِ. فَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ يَومَ السَّبتِ يُقْتَلُ.

3 D o not make a fire in any of your tents on the Day of Rest.” Gifts for the Meeting Tent

لا تُشعِلُوا ناراً يَومَ السَّبتِ فِي أيِّ مَكانٍ تَسْكُنُونَ فِيهِ.» مَوادُّ بِناءِ المَسْكَنِ المُقَدَّس

4 M oses said to all the people of Israel, “This is what the Lord has told you to do.

وَقالَ مُوسَى لِكُلِّ بَنِي إسرائِيلَ: «هَذِهِ هِيَ الوَصِيَّةُ الَّتِي أوصاكُمْ اللهُ بِها:

5 T ake from among you a gift to the Lord. Whoever has a willing heart, let him bring the Lord’s gift: gold, silver and brass,

قَدِّمُوا مِمّا تَملُكُونَ تَقدِمَةً للهِ. فَكُلٌّ بِحَسَبِ سَخاءِ قَلْبِهِ، يُقَدِّمُ للهِ ذَهَباً، فِضَّةً، بُرونْزاً،

6 a nd blue, purple and red cloth, fine linen, cloth made from goat hair,

أقمِشَةً زَرقاءَ وَبَنَفسَجِيِّةٍ وَحَمراءَ وَكِتّاناً وَشَعرَ ماعِزٍ،

7 r ams’ skins made red, badgers’ skins and acacia wood,

جُلُودَ كِباشٍ مَدبُوغَةٍ، جُلُودَ تُيُوسٍ، خَشَبَ سَنطٍ،

8 l amp oil, spices for the oil for holy use and for the sweet-smelling perfume,

زَيتاً لِلإنارَةِ وَعُطُوراً لِزَيتِ المِسْحَةِ وَلِلبَخُورِ الطَّيِّبِ،

9 o nyx stones and stones to be set for the linen vest and the breast-piece. Parts of the Meeting Tent

حِجارَةَ جَزعٍ وَجَواهِرَ أُخْرَى لِتَرصِيعِ الثُّوبِ الكَهَنُوتِيِّ وَالصُّدرَةِ.

10 “ Let every able workman among you come and make all that the Lord has told us to make:

«وَكُلُّ مَنْ هُوَ ماهِرٌ بَينَكُمْ، فَلْيَأتِ وَيَعمَلْ كُلَّ ما أمَرَهُ اللهُ بِهِ.

11 t he meeting tent, its tent and its covering, its hooks, its wood pieces, its cross-pieces, its pillars and their bases,

ابْنُوا المَسْكَنَ المُقَدَّسَ وَغِطاءَهُ وَالغِطاءَ الَّذِي فَوقَهُما، وَمَشابِكَهُما وَألواحَهُما وَقُضبانَهُما وَأعمِدَتَهُما وَقَواعِدَ أعمِدَتِهِما،

12 t he special box of the agreement and the long pieces of wood for carrying it, the mercy-seat, the curtain to hang in front of it,

وَصُندُوقَ العَهدِ وَعَصَوَيهِ وَغِطاءَهُ وَسِتارَ قُدسِ الأقداسِ،

13 t he table and the long pieces of wood for carrying it, all its objects, and the holy bread to set before the Lord.

وَالمائِدَةَ وَعَصَوَيها وَأدَواتِها وَخُبزَ حَضْرَةِ اللهِ،

14 A lso the able workmen are to make: the lamp-stand for the light, and its lamps and oil for the light,

وَالمَنارَةَ لِلإضاءَةِ وَأدَواتِها وَسُرُجِها وَزَيتَ الإنارَةِ،

15 t he altar of special perfume and the long pieces of wood for carrying it, the oil for holy use, the sweet-smelling perfume, and the curtain for the door of the meeting tent.

وَمَذْبَحَ البَخُورِ وَعَصَوَيهِ، وَزَيتَ المَسحَةِ وَالبَخُورَ الطَّيِّبَ، وَسِتارَ مَدْخَلِ المَسْكَنِ،

16 A lso they are to make: the altar of burnt gifts with its brass net and long pieces of wood for carrying it, all its objects, the washing pot and its base,

وَمَذبَحَ الذَّبائِحِ الصّاعِدَةِ وَالشَّبَكَةَ البُرونْزِيَّةَ الَّتِي لِلمَذبَحِ، وَعَصَوَي المَذْبَحِ وَأدَواتِهِ، وَحَوضَ الاغتِسالِ وَقاعِدَتَهُ،

17 t he curtains of the open space, its pillars and its bases, and the curtain for the gate of the open space.

وَسَتائِرَ السّاحَةِ وَأعمِدَتَها وَقَواعِدَ أعمِدَتِها، وَسِتارَ مَدخَلِ السّاحَةِ،

18 A lso the able workmen are to make: the nails of the meeting tent and the nails of the open space and their ropes,

وَأوتادَ المَسْكَنِ وَأوتادَ السّاحَةِ وَحِبالِها،

19 t he well-made clothing for working in the holy place, the holy clothing for Aaron the religious leader, and the clothing for his sons as they work as religious leaders.” People Bring Their Gifts

وَالثِّيابَ المَنسُوجَةَ لِلخِدمَةِ فِي المَسْكَنِ، وَالثِّيابَ المُقَدَّسَةَ لِهارُونَ الكاهِنِ وَأبْنائِهِ لِيَخدِمُوا كَكَهَنَةٍ.» تَقدِمَةُ الشَّعبِ العَظِيمَة

20 T hen all the people of Israel went away from Moses.

حِينَئِذٍ، ذَهَبَ كُلُّ بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ مِنْ أمامِ مُوسَى.

21 A nd every one whose heart or spirit moved him brought the Lord’s gift to be used for the meeting tent, for all its work, and for the holy clothing.

وَجاءَ كُلُّ مَنْ نَبَّهَهُ قَلبُهُ وَدَفَعَتْهُ رُوحُهُ، وَأحضَرُوا تَقدِمَةً للهِ لِأجلِ صُنْعِ خَيمَةِ الاجْتِماعِ، وَجَمِيعَ أدَواتِ خِدمَتِها، وَعَمَلِ الثِّيابِ المُقَدَّسَةِ.

22 T hen all the men and women who wanted to give brought objects of gold that had been worn on their clothing, ears, fingers and arms. Every man gave a gift of gold to the Lord.

فأتَى الرِّجالُ وَالنِّساءُ بِحَسَبِ سَخاءِ قُلُوبِهِمْ، وَأحْضَروا أساوِرَ وَأقراطاً وَخَواتِمَ وَأنواعاً أُخْرَى مِنْ حُلِيِّ الذَّهَبِ. فَقَدَّمُوا جَميعَ تَقدِماتِ الذَّهَبِ هَذِهِ للهِ.

23 A nd every one who had blue, purple and red cloth, fine linen, cloth made from goats’ hair, rams’ skins made red, and badgers’ skins, brought them.

وَكُلُّ مَنْ لَدَيهِ أقمِشَةٌ زَرقاءُ وَبَنَفسَجِيَّةٌ وَحَمراءُ وَكِتّانٌ وَشَعرُ ماعِزٍ وَجُلُودُ كِباشٍ مَدبُوغَةٌ وَجُلُودُ تُيُوسٍ، أحضَرَها.

24 E very one who could give a gift of silver or brass brought it as a gift to the Lord. Every one who had acacia wood to be used for the work, brought it.

وَكُلُّ مَنْ أرادَ أنْ يُحضِرَ تَقدِمَةً مِنْ فِضَّةٍ وَنُحاسٍ أحضَرَها كَتَقدِمَةٍ للهِ. وَكُلُّ مَنْ لَدَيهِ خَشَبُ سَنطٍ صالِحٌ لِلاستِعْمالِ فِي أيِّ عَمَلٍ، أحضَرَهُ.

25 A ll the able women made cloth with their hands. They brought the blue, purple and red cloth and fine linen they had made.

وَكُلُّ امْرأةٍ ماهِرَةٍ غَزَلَتْ بِيَدِها، وَأحضَرَتْ ما غَزَلَتْهُ: أقمِشَةً زَرقاءَ وَبَنَفسَجِيَّةٍ وَحَمراءَ وَكِتّاناً.

26 A ll the able women whose hearts moved them made cloth from goat hair.

وَكُلُّ النِّساءِ اللَّواتِي دَفَعَتْهُنَّ قُلُوبُهُنَّ، وَكانَتْ لَدَيهُنَّ مَهارَةٌ، غَزَلْنَ شَعرَ ماعِزَ.

27 T he leaders brought the onyx stones and the stones to be set for the linen vest and the breast-piece,

وَأحضَرَ القادَةُ حِجارَةَ جَزْعٍ وَأحجاراً كَرِيمَةً أُخْرَى لِلتَّرصِيعِ عَلَى الثَّوبِ الكَهَنُوتِيِّ وَالصُّدْرَةِ،

28 a nd the spice and the oil for the light, and the oil for holy use, and for the sweet-smelling perfume.

وَأعطاراً وَزَيتاً لِلإنارَةِ وَلِزَيتِ المَسْحَةِ وَلِلبَخُورِ الطَّيِّبِ.

29 T he people of Israel who wanted to brought gifts to the Lord. Every man and woman, whose heart moved them, brought what the Lord had told them through Moses. Workmen Called by God

وَقَدَّمَ جَميعُ الرِّجالِ وَالنِّساءِ الَّذِينَ دَفَعَتْهُمْ قُلُوبُهُمْ تَقدِماتٍ اختِيارِيَّةً للهِ ، بِحَسَبِ ما أمَرَ اللهُ مُوسَى بِهِ. بَصَلْئِيلُ وَأُهُولِيآب

30 T hen Moses said to the people of Israel, “See, the Lord has called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the family of Judah.

وَقالَ مُوسَى لِبَنِي إسْرائِيلَ: «ها إنَّ اللهَ اختارَ بَصَلْئِيلَ بْنَ أُورِي بْنِ حُورَ مِنْ قَبِيلَةِ يَهُوذا

31 T he Lord has filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, understanding, much learning, and in all work.

وَمَلأهُ بِرُوحٍ اللهِ مَهارَةً وَفَهماً وَمَعرِفَةً وَقُدراتٍ كَبِيرَةً

32 S o he can make plans for working in gold, silver and brass,

فِي عَمَلِ تَصامِيمَ الذَّهَبِ وَالفِضَّةِ وَالبُرونْزِ،

33 a nd cut stones to be set, cut wood, and do good work of every kind.

وَفِي النَّقشِ عَلَى الحِجارَةِ الكَرِيمَةِ لِلتَّرصِيعِ، وَفِي زَخرَفَةِ الخَشَبِ، وَجَميعِ أنواعِ المَهاراتِ.

34 T he Lord has given him the power to teach also, both he and Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the family of Dan.

وَأعطَى بَصَلْئِيلَ وَأُهُولِيآبَ بْنَ أخِيساماكَ مِنْ قَبِيلَةِ دانَ، المَهارَةَ فِي تَعلِيمِ الآخَرِينَ.

35 H e has made them able to do every work: writing words in stone, gold, silver and brass, planning, sewing beautiful work on blue, purple and red cloth and fine linen, making cloth, and all kinds of work done by able workmen.

وَمَلأهُما بِالمَهارَةِ لِلقِيامِ بِكُلِّ الأعمالِ الحِرَفِيَّةِ وَالتَّصْميمِ وَالتَطْريزِ، فِي الأنْسِجَةِ الزَّرقاءِ وَالبَنَفسَجِيَّةِ وَالحَمراءِ وَالكِتّانِ، وَبِأعمالِ النَّسْجِ، لِيَقُومُوا بِكُلِّ الأعمالِ وَالتَّصامِيمِ.
