1 F or, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem,

«فِي تِلكَ الأيّامِ، فِي الوَقتِ الَّذِي سَأُعِيدُ فِيهِ حالَةُ يَهُوذا وَالقُدْسِ إلَى ما كانَتْ عَلَيهِ قَبلَ السَبيِ.

2 I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.

سَأجْمَعُ كُلَّ الأُمَمِ، وَسَأُنْزِلُهُمْ إلَى وادِي يَهُوشافاطَ. سَأحكُمُ عَلَيهِمْ مِنْ أجلِ شَعبِي وَمِيراثِي بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ، لأنَّهُمْ بَدَّدوهُمْ بَينَ الأُمَمِ وَقَسَّمُوا أرْضِي بَينَهُمْ.

3 A nd they have cast lots for my people; and have given a boy for an harlot, and sold a girl for wine, that they might drink.

«ألْقَوْ قُرعَةً عَلَى شَعبِي، وَقَدَّمُوا الأولادَ ثَمَناً للعاهِراتِ، وَباعُوا البَناتِ مُقابِلَ الخَمْرِ الَّتِي شَرِبُوها.

4 Y ea, and what have ye to do with me, O Tyre, and Zidon, and all the coasts of Palestine? will ye render me a recompence? and if ye recompense me, swiftly and speedily will I return your recompence upon your own head;

ماذا أنْتُمْ بِالنِّسْبَةِ لِي يا أهلَ صورَ وَصَيدُونَ وَمَناطِقَ الفِلِسْطِيينَ؟ لِماذا تُرِيدُونَ تَغرِيمِي؟ لِماذا تُحاوِلُونَ أنْ تُعاقِبُونِي! سَوفَ أرُدُّ عِقابَكُمْ عَلَى رُؤُوسِكُمْ سَرِيعاً.

5 B ecause ye have taken my silver and my gold, and have carried into your temples my goodly pleasant things:

أخَذتُمْ فِضَّتِي وَذَهَبِي، وَأحضَرتُمْ أملاكِيَ الثَمِينَةَ إلَى مَعابِدِكُمْ.

6 T he children also of Judah and the children of Jerusalem have ye sold unto the Grecians, that ye might remove them far from their border.

بِعتُمْ أهلَ يَهُوذا وَالقُدْسِ لليُونانِيِّينَ، لِكَي تُبعِدُوهُمْ عَنْ أرْضِهِمْ.

7 B ehold, I will raise them out of the place whither ye have sold them, and will return your recompence upon your own head:

لَكِنِي سَأُنهِضُهُمْ لِيَعُودُوا مِنَ الأماكِنَ الَّتِي بِعتُوهُمْ إلَيها، وَسَأرُدُّ أعمالَ انتِقامِكُمْ عَلَى رُؤوسِكُمْ.

8 A nd I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hand of the children of Judah, and they shall sell them to the Sabeans, to a people far off: for the Lord hath spoken it.

سَأبِيعُ بَنِيكُمْ وَبَناتِكُمْ إلَى بَنِي يَهُوذا الَّذِينَ سَيَبِيعُونَهُمْ إلَى أُمَّةِ سَبَأَ البَعِيدَةِ.» هَذا هُوَ ما قَالَهُ اللهُ. الإعدادُ للحَرْب

9 P roclaim ye this among the Gentiles; Prepare war, wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come up:

أعلِنُوا هَذا بَينَ الأُمَمِ: جَهِّزُوا أنفُسَكُمْ للحَربِ. أيقِظُوا الجُنُودَ، وَلِيَقتَرِبْ رِجالُ الحَربِ وَيَدخُلُوا إلَى المَعرَكَةِ.

10 B eat your plowshares into swords and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong.

حَوِّلُوا سِكَكَ مَحارِيثِكُمْ إلَى سُيُوفٍ، وَمَناجِلَكُمْ إلَى رِماحٍ. لِيَقُلِ الضَّعِيفُ: «أنا قَوِيٌّ.»

11 A ssemble yourselves, and come, all ye heathen, and gather yourselves together round about: thither cause thy mighty ones to come down, O Lord.

أسْرِعِي أيَّتُها الأُمَمُ المُحِيطَةُ بِيَهُوذا، اجتَمِعُوا هُناكَ. أحْضِرْ جُنُودَكَ يا اللهُ.

12 L et the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about.

لِتَنْهَضْ كَلُّ الأُمَمِ وَلِتَأتِ إلَى وادِي يَهُوشافاطَ، لأنَّني هُناكَ سَأجلِسُ لأُقاضِيَ كَلَّ الأُمَمِ المُحِيطَةِ بِيَهُوذا.

13 P ut ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great.

استَخْدِمُوا مَناجِلَكُمْ لأنَّ الحَصادَ قَدْ نَضَجَ. تَعالَوْا وَدُوسُوا، لأنَّ مِعْصَرَةَ النَّبيذِ قَدِ امتَلأتْ، الأحواضُ مُمْتَلِئَةٌ، لأنَّ شَرَّهُمْ عَظِيمٌ.

14 M ultitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision.

جَماهِيرُ عَظِيمَةٌ جِدّاً تتَزاحَمُ فِي وادِي القَرارِ، لأنَّ يَومَ اللهِ قَرِيبٌ فِي وادِي القَرارِ.

15 T he sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining.

سَتُظلِمُ الشَّمسُ وَالقَمَرُ وَسَتَتَوَقَفُ النُّجُومُ عَنِ اللَّمَعانِ.

16 T he Lord also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the Lord will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.

سَيُزَمْجِرُ الله مِنْ صِهْيَوْنَ، وَسَيَصرُخُ مِنَ القُدْسِ، وَتَهتَزُّ السَّماءُ وَالأرْضُ. وَسَيَكُونُ اللهُ مَلجأً لِشَعبِهِ وَحِصناً لِبَنِي إسْرائِيلَ.

17 S o shall ye know that I am the Lord your God dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain: then shall Jerusalem be holy, and there shall no strangers pass through her any more.

«وَسَتَعرِفُونَ أنِّي أنا إلهُكُمْ ، السّاكِنُ فِي جَبَلِيَ المُقَدَّسِ صِهْيَوْنَ. وَسَتَكُونُ القُدْسُ مُقَدَّسَةً، وَلَنْ يَمُرَّ الغُرَباءُ فِيها ثانِيَةً. حَياةٌ جَديدَةٌ لِيَهُوذا

18 A nd it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall come forth out of the house of the Lord, and shall water the valley of Shittim.

«فِي ذَلِكَ الوَقتِ، سَتَقْطُرُ الجِبالُ نَبِيذاً جَدِيداً، وَسَتَفِيضُ التِّلالُ بِالحَلِيبِ، وَسَتَتَدَفَّقُ جَمِيعُ جَداوِلِ يَهُوذا بِالماءِ. سَيَخرُجُ يَنْبُوعٌ مِنْ بَيتِ اللهِ ، وَيَسْقِي وادِي شَجَرِ السِّنْطِ.

19 E gypt shall be a desolation, and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness, for the violence against the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land.

سَتَصِيرُ مِصرُ خَراباً، وَسَتُصبِحُ أدُومُ بَرِّيَّةً خَرِبَةً، بِسَبَبِ ظُلمِهِمْ لِبَنِي يَهُوذا، عِندَما سَفَكُوا فِيها دَماً بَرِيئاً.

20 B ut Judah shall dwell for ever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation.

أمّا يَهُوذا وَالقُدْسُ فَسَيَسْكُنها أهلُها جِيلاً بَعْدَ جِيلٍ.

21 F or I will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed: for the Lord dwelleth in Zion.

سَأُعاقِبُهُمْ عَلَى الدَمِ الَّذِي سَفَكُوهُ، وَلَنْ أُبَرِّئَ المُذنِبِينَ.» لأنَّ اللهَ يَسكُنُ فِي صِهْيَوْنَ.
