1 M ake a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.

Celebrai com júbilo ao Senhor, todos os habitantes da terra.

2 S erve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.

Servi ao Senhor com alegria, e apresentai-vos a ele com cântico.

3 K now ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

Sabei que o Senhor é Deus! Foi ele quem nos fez, e somos dele; somos o seu povo e ovelhas do seu pasto.

4 E nter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

Entrai pelas suas portas com ação de graças, e em seus átrios com louvor; dai-lhe graças e bendizei o seu nome.

5 F or the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

Porque o Senhor é bom; a sua benignidade dura para sempre, e a sua fidelidade de geração em geração.
