1 （ 耶 和 華 的 僕 人 大 衛 的 詩 ， 交 與 伶 長 。 當 耶 和 華 救 他 脫 離 一 切 仇 敵 和 掃 羅 之 手 的 日 子 ， 他 向 耶 和 華 念 這 詩 的 話 。 說 ： ） 耶 和 華 ， 我 的 力 量 啊 ， 我 愛 你 ！

I love You, O Lord, my strength.

2 耶 和 華 是 我 的 巖 石 ， 我 的 山 寨 ， 我 的 救 主 ， 我 的 神 ， 我 的 磐 石 ， 我 所 投 靠 的 。 他 是 我 的 盾 牌 ， 是 拯 救 我 的 角 ， 是 我 的 高 臺 。

The Lord is my rock, and my safe place, and the One Who takes me out of trouble. My God is my rock, in Whom I am safe. He is my safe-covering, my saving strength, and my strong tower.

3 我 要 求 告 當 讚 美 的 耶 和 華 ； 這 樣 我 必 從 仇 敵 手 中 被 救 出 來 。

I call to the Lord, Who has the right to be praised. And I am saved from those who hate me.

4 曾 有 死 亡 的 繩 索 纏 繞 我 ， 匪 類 的 急 流 使 我 驚 懼 ，

The ropes of death were all around me. The floods of death make me afraid.

5 陰 間 的 繩 索 纏 繞 我 ， 死 亡 的 網 羅 臨 到 我 。

The ropes of the grave were all around me. The traps of death were set for me.

6 我 在 急 難 中 求 告 耶 和 華 ， 向 我 的 神 呼 求 。 他 從 殿 中 聽 了 我 的 聲 音 ； 我 在 他 面 前 的 呼 求 入 了 他 的 耳 中 。

I called to the Lord in my trouble. I cried to God for help. He heard my voice from His holy house. My cry for help came into His ears.

7 那 時 ， 因 他 發 怒 ， 地 就 搖 撼 戰 抖 ； 山 的 根 基 也 震 動 搖 撼 。

Then the earth shook. The mountains were shaking. They shook because He was angry.

8 從 他 鼻 孔 冒 煙 上 騰 ； 從 他 口 中 發 火 焚 燒 ， 連 炭 也 著 了 。

Smoke went out from His nose and the fire that kept coming from His mouth burned everything around it.

9 他 又 使 天 下 垂 ， 親 自 降 臨 ， 有 黑 雲 在 他 腳 下 。

He parted the heavens and came down. Dark clouds were under His feet.

10 他 坐 著 基 路 伯 飛 行 ； 他 藉 著 風 的 翅 膀 快 飛 。

He sat upon a cherub and flew. He traveled on the wings of the wind.

11 他 以 黑 暗 為 藏 身 之 處 ， 以 水 的 黑 暗 、 天 空 的 厚 雲 為 他 四 圍 的 行 宮 。

He made darkness His hiding place, the covering around Him, the dark rain clouds of the sky.

12 因 他 面 前 的 光 輝 ， 他 的 厚 雲 行 過 便 有 冰 雹 火 炭 。

Through the light before Him passed His dark clouds, hail stones and fire.

13 耶 和 華 也 在 天 上 打 雷 ； 至 高 者 發 出 聲 音 便 有 冰 雹 火 炭 。

The Lord made thunder in the heavens. The voice of the Most High spoke out, hail stones and fire.

14 他 射 出 箭 來 ， 使 仇 敵 四 散 ； 多 多 發 出 閃 電 ， 使 他 們 擾 亂 。

He sent out His arrows and divided them. He threw down lightning and sent them running.

15 耶 和 華 啊 ， 你 的 斥 責 一 發 ， 你 鼻 孔 的 氣 一 出 ， 海 底 就 出 現 ， 大 地 的 根 基 也 顯 露 。

Then the deep part of the sea could be seen. And the deep part of the earth was opened up, because of Your sharp words, O Lord, because of the powerful breath from Your nose.

16 他 從 高 天 伸 手 抓 住 我 ， 把 我 從 大 水 中 拉 上 來 。

He sent from above, and took me. He lifted me out of many waters.

17 他 救 我 脫 離 我 的 勁 敵 和 那 些 恨 我 的 人 ， 因 為 他 們 比 我 強 盛 。

He took me away from the powerful one who fights against me, and from those who hated me. They were too strong for me.

18 我 遭 遇 災 難 的 日 子 ， 他 們 來 攻 擊 我 ； 但 耶 和 華 是 我 的 倚 靠 。

They stood against me in the day of my trouble. But the Lord was my strength.

19 他 又 領 我 到 寬 闊 之 處 ； 他 救 拔 我 ， 因 他 喜 悅 我 。

He brought me out into a big place. He gave me a safe place, because He was pleased with me.

20 耶 和 華 按 著 我 的 公 義 報 答 我 ， 按 著 我 手 中 的 清 潔 賞 賜 我 。

The Lord has paid me because of my being right with Him. Because of my clean hands He has paid me.

21 因 為 我 遵 守 了 耶 和 華 的 道 ， 未 曾 作 惡 離 開 我 的 神 。

For I have kept the ways of the Lord. And I have not sinned by turning from my God.

22 他 的 一 切 典 章 常 在 我 面 前 ； 他 的 律 例 我 也 未 曾 丟 棄 。

All His Laws are in front of me. I have not set His Laws aside.

23 我 在 他 面 前 作 了 完 全 人 ； 我 也 保 守 自 己 遠 離 我 的 罪 孽 。

Before Him I was without blame. And I have kept myself from sin.

24 所 以 ， 耶 和 華 按 我 的 公 義 ， 按 我 在 他 眼 前 手 中 的 清 潔 償 還 我 。

So the Lord has paid me back for being right with Him, and for my hands being clean in His eyes.

25 慈 愛 的 人 ， 你 以 慈 愛 待 他 ； 完 全 的 人 ， 你 以 完 全 待 他 。

To the faithful, You show Yourself faithful. To those without blame, You show Yourself without blame.

26 清 潔 的 人 ， 你 以 清 潔 待 他 ； 乖 僻 的 人 ， 你 以 彎 曲 待 他 。

With the pure, You show Yourself pure. With the sinful You show Yourself to be against them.

27 困 苦 的 百 姓 ， 你 必 拯 救 ； 高 傲 的 眼 目 ， 你 必 使 他 降 卑 。

You save those who are suffering, but You bring low those who have pride in their eyes.

28 你 必 點 著 我 的 燈 ； 耶 和 華 ─ 我 的 神 必 照 明 我 的 黑 暗 。

You make my lamp bright. The Lord my God lights my darkness.

29 我 藉 著 你 衝 入 敵 軍 ， 藉 著 我 的 神 跳 過 牆 垣 。

With Your help I can go against many soldiers. With my God I can jump over a wall.

30 至 於 神 ， 他 的 道 是 完 全 的 ； 耶 和 華 的 話 是 煉 淨 的 。 凡 投 靠 他 的 ， 他 便 作 他 們 的 盾 牌 。

As for God, His way is perfect. The Word of the Lord has stood the test. He is a covering for all who go to Him for a safe place.

31 除 了 耶 和 華 ， 誰 是 神 呢 ？ 除 了 我 們 的 神 ， 誰 是 磐 石 呢 ？

For Who is God, but the Lord? And who is a rock except our God?

32 惟 有 那 以 力 量 束 我 的 腰 、 使 我 行 為 完 全 的 ， 他 是 神 。

It is God Who covers me with strength and makes my way perfect.

33 他 使 我 的 腳 快 如 母 鹿 的 蹄 ， 又 使 我 在 高 處 安 穩 。

He makes my feet like the feet of a deer. And He sets me on my high places.

34 他 教 導 我 的 手 能 以 爭 戰 ， 甚 至 我 的 膀 臂 能 開 銅 弓 。

He teaches me how to fight, so that I can use a bow of brass.

35 你 把 你 的 救 恩 給 我 作 盾 牌 ； 你 的 右 手 扶 持 我 ； 你 的 溫 和 使 我 為 大 。

You have also given me the covering that saves me. Your right hand holds me up. And Your care has made me great.

36 你 使 我 腳 下 的 地 步 寬 闊 ； 我 的 腳 未 曾 滑 跌 。

You make the road wide for my steps, and my feet have not tripped.

37 我 要 追 趕 我 的 仇 敵 ， 並 要 追 上 他 們 ； 不 將 他 們 滅 絕 ， 我 總 不 歸 回 。

I went after those who fight against me, and caught them. And I did not return until they were destroyed.

38 我 要 打 傷 他 們 ， 使 他 們 不 能 起 來 ； 他 們 必 倒 在 我 的 腳 下 。

I hit them so they were not able to rise. They fell under my feet.

39 因 為 你 曾 以 力 量 束 我 的 腰 ， 使 我 能 爭 戰 ； 你 也 使 那 起 來 攻 擊 我 的 都 服 在 我 以 下 。

You have given me strength for war. You have put under me those who have fought against me.

40 你 又 使 我 的 仇 敵 在 我 面 前 轉 背 逃 跑 ， 叫 我 能 以 剪 除 那 恨 我 的 人 。

You have made them turn their backs to me also. And I destroyed those who hated me.

41 他 們 呼 求 ， 卻 無 人 拯 救 ； 就 是 呼 求 耶 和 華 ， 他 也 不 應 允 。

They cried for help, but there was no one to save. They cried to the Lord, but He did not answer them.

42 我 搗 碎 他 們 ， 如 同 風 前 的 灰 塵 ， 倒 出 他 們 ， 如 同 街 上 的 泥 土 。

Then I beat them as small as the dust in the wind. I emptied them out like mud in the streets.

43 你 救 我 脫 離 百 姓 的 爭 競 ， 立 我 作 列 國 的 元 首 ； 我 素 不 認 識 的 民 必 事 奉 我 。

You have taken me away from the fighting of the people. You have made me the leader of nations. People whom I have not known will serve me.

44 他 們 一 聽 見 我 的 名 聲 就 必 順 從 我 ； 外 邦 人 要 投 降 我 。

As soon as they hear, they obey me. Those from other lands obey me.

45 外 邦 人 要 衰 殘 ， 戰 戰 兢 兢 地 出 他 們 的 營 寨 。

These people from other lands lose their strength of heart. And they come shaking from behind their walls.

46 耶 和 華 是 活 神 。 願 我 的 磐 石 被 人 稱 頌 ； 願 救 我 的 神 被 人 尊 崇 。

The Lord lives! How great is my Rock! Praise be to the God Who saves me!

47 這 位 神 ， 就 是 那 為 我 伸 冤 、 使 眾 民 服 在 我 以 下 的 。

He is the God Who punishes those who have done wrong to me. He puts nations under my rule.

48 你 救 我 脫 離 仇 敵 ， 又 把 我 舉 起 ， 高 過 那 些 起 來 攻 擊 我 的 ； 你 救 我 脫 離 強 暴 的 人 。

He saves me from those who hate me. Yes, You lift me above those who rise up against me. You save me from those who want to hurt me.

49 耶 和 華 啊 ， 因 此 我 要 在 外 邦 中 稱 謝 你 ， 歌 頌 你 的 名 。

So I will give thanks to You among the nations, O Lord. And I will sing praises to Your name.

50 耶 和 華 賜 極 大 的 救 恩 給 他 所 立 的 王 ， 施 慈 愛 給 他 的 受 膏 者 ， 就 是 給 大 衛 和 他 的 後 裔 ， 直 到 永 遠 。

He gives His king great power over trouble. And He shows loving-kindness to His chosen one, to David, and to his children after him forever.
