1 眾 祭 司 啊 ， 要 聽 我 的 話 ！ 以 色 列 家 啊 ， 要 留 心 聽 ！ 王 家 啊 ， 要 側 耳 而 聽 ！ 審 判 要 臨 到 你 們 ， 因 你 們 在 米 斯 巴 如 網 羅 ， 在 他 泊 山 如 鋪 張 的 網 。

Hear this, O you priests! And listen, O house of Israel! And give ear, O house of the king! For the judgment pronounced pertains to you and is meant for you, because you have been a snare at Mizpah and a net spread upon Tabor.

2 這 些 悖 逆 的 人 肆 行 殺 戮 ， 罪 孽 極 深 ； 我 卻 斥 責 他 們 眾 人 。

The revolters are deeply sunk in corruption and slaughter, but I am a rebuke and a chastisement for them all.

3 以 法 蓮 為 我 所 知 ； 以 色 列 不 能 向 我 隱 藏 。 以 法 蓮 哪 ， 現 在 你 行 淫 了 ， 以 色 列 被 玷 污 了 。

I know Ephraim, and Israel is not hid from Me; for now, O Ephraim, you have played the harlot and have worshiped idols; Israel is defiled.

4 他 們 所 行 的 使 他 們 不 能 歸 向 神 ； 因 有 淫 心 在 他 們 裡 面 ， 他 們 也 不 認 識 耶 和 華 。

Their doings will not permit them to return to their God, for the spirit of harlotry is within them and they know not the Lord.

5 以 色 列 的 驕 傲 當 面 見 證 自 己 。 故 此 ， 以 色 列 和 以 法 蓮 必 因 自 己 的 罪 孽 跌 倒 ； 猶 大 也 必 與 他 們 一 同 跌 倒 。

But the pride and self-reliance of Israel testifies before his face. Therefore shall Israel, and Ephraim, totter and fall in their iniquity and guilt, and Judah shall stumble and fall with them.

6 他 們 必 牽 著 牛 羊 去 尋 求 耶 和 華 ， 卻 尋 不 見 ； 他 已 經 轉 去 離 開 他 們 。

They shall go with their flocks and with their herds to seek the Lord, but they will not find Him; He has withdrawn Himself from them.

7 他 們 向 耶 和 華 行 事 詭 詐 ， 生 了 私 子 。 到 了 月 朔 ， 他 們 與 他 們 的 地 業 必 被 吞 滅 。

They have dealt faithlessly and treacherously with the Lord, for they have borne alien children. Now shall a New Moon (one month) devour them with their fields.

8 你 們 當 在 基 比 亞 吹 角 ， 在 拉 瑪 吹 號 ， 在 伯 亞 文 吹 出 大 聲 ， 說 ： 便 雅 憫 哪 ， 有 仇 敵 在 你 後 頭 ！

Blow the horn in Gibeah and the trumpet in Ramah. Sound the alarm at Beth-aven: behind you and after you, O Benjamin!

9 在 責 罰 的 日 子 ， 以 法 蓮 必 變 為 荒 場 ； 我 在 以 色 列 支 派 中 ， 指 示 將 來 必 成 的 事 。

Ephraim shall become a desolation in the day of rebuke and punishment. Among the tribes of Israel I declare what shall surely be.

10 猶 大 的 首 領 如 同 挪 移 地 界 的 人 ， 我 必 將 忿 怒 倒 在 他 們 身 上 ， 如 水 一 般 。

The princes of Judah are like those who remove the landmark; I will pour out My wrath upon them like water.

11 以 法 蓮 因 樂 從 人 的 命 令 ， 就 受 欺 壓 ， 被 審 判 壓 碎 。

Ephraim is oppressed; he is broken and crushed by judgment, because he was content to walk after idols (images) and man’s command ( vanities and filth ).

12 我 使 以 法 蓮 如 蟲 蛀 之 物 ， 使 猶 大 家 如 朽 爛 之 木 。

Therefore I am like a moth to Ephraim and like dry rot to the house of Judah.

13 以 法 蓮 見 自 己 有 病 ， 猶 大 見 自 己 有 傷 ， 他 們 就 打 發 人 往 亞 述 去 見 耶 雷 布 王 ， 他 卻 不 能 醫 治 你 們 ， 不 能 治 好 你 們 的 傷 。

When Ephraim saw his sickness and Judah saw his wound, then Ephraim went to Assyria and sent to great King Jareb. Yet he cannot heal you nor will he cure you of your wound.

14 我 必 向 以 法 蓮 如 獅 子 ， 向 猶 大 家 如 少 壯 獅 子 。 我 必 撕 裂 而 去 ， 我 要 奪 去 ， 無 人 搭 救 。

For I will be to Ephraim like a lion, and like a young lion to the house of Judah. I, even I, will rend and go on; I will carry off and there will be no one to deliver.

15 我 要 回 到 原 處 ， 等 他 們 自 覺 有 罪 （ 或 譯 ： 承 認 己 罪 ） ， 尋 求 我 面 ； 他 們 在 急 難 的 時 候 必 切 切 尋 求 我 。

I will return to My place until they acknowledge their offense and feel their guilt and seek My face; in their affliction and distress they will seek, inquire for, and require Me earnestly, saying,
