2 Q oftë i bekuar emri i Zotit tani dhe përjetë.

Blessed be Yahweh’s name, from this time forward and forever more.

3 N ga lindja e diellit deri në perëndim të tij u lëvdoftë emri i Zotit.

From the rising of the sun to the going down of the same, Yahweh’s name is to be praised.

4 Z oti shkëlqen mbi tërë kombet, lavdia e tij ndodhet përmbi qiejtë.

Yahweh is high above all nations, his glory above the heavens.

5 K ush i përngjan Zotit, Perëndisë tonë, që banon në vende shumë të larta,

Who is like Yahweh, our God, who has his seat on high,

6 k ush ulet për të parë gjërat që ndodhen në qiejtë dhe mbi tokë?

Who stoops down to see in heaven and in the earth?

7 A i e ngre të mjerin nga pluhuri dhe nevojtarin nga plehrat,

He raises up the poor out of the dust. Lifts up the needy from the ash heap;

8 p ër ta bërë të ulet me princat, me princat e popullit të tij.

that he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.

9 A i bën që gruaja shterpe të banojë në familje, si nënë e lumtur e fëmijëve. Aleluja.

He settles the barren woman in her home, as a joyful mother of children. Praise Yah!
