1 A nd he made the altar of burnt-offering of acacia wood: five cubits was the length thereof, and five cubits the breadth thereof, foursquare; and three cubits the height thereof.

Bezalel made the burnt offering altar of acacia wood; its top was five cubits square and it was three cubits high.

2 A nd he made the horns thereof upon the four corners of it; the horns thereof were of one piece with it: and he overlaid it with brass.

3 A nd he made all the vessels of the altar, the pots, and the shovels, and the basins, the flesh-hooks, and the firepans: all the vessels thereof made he of brass.

He made all the utensils and vessels of the altar, the pots, shovels, basins, forks or fleshhooks, and firepans; all its utensils and vessels he made of bronze.

4 A nd he made for the altar a grating of network of brass, under the ledge round it beneath, reaching halfway up.

And he made for the altar a bronze grate of network under its ledge, extending halfway down it.

5 A nd he cast four rings for the four ends of the grating of brass, to be places for the staves.

He cast four rings for the four corners of the bronze grating to be places for the poles.

6 A nd he made the staves of acacia wood, and overlaid them with brass.

And he made the poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with bronze.

7 A nd he put the staves into the rings on the sides of the altar, wherewith to bear it; he made it hollow with planks.

And he put the poles through the rings on the altar’s sides with which to carry it; he made it hollow with planks.

8 A nd he made the laver of brass, and the base thereof of brass, of the mirrors of the ministering women that ministered at the door of the tent of meeting.

9 A nd he made the court: for the south side southward the hangings of the court were of fine twined linen, a hundred cubits;

10 t heir pillars were twenty, and their sockets twenty, of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets were of silver.

11 A nd for the north side a hundred cubits, their pillars twenty, and their sockets twenty, of brass; the hooks of the pillars, and their fillets, of silver.

And for the north side the hangings were a hundred cubits; their pillars and their sockets or bases of bronze were twenty; the hooks of the pillars and their joinings were of silver.

12 A nd for the west side were hangings of fifty cubits, their pillars ten, and their sockets ten; the hooks of the pillars, and their fillets, of silver.

But for the west side were hangings of fifty cubits; their pillars and their sockets or bases were ten; the hooks of the pillars and their joinings were of silver.

13 A nd for the east side eastward fifty cubits.

And for the front, the east side, fifty cubits.

14 T he hangings for the one side of the gate were fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three;

The hangings for one side of the gate were fifteen cubits; their pillars three and their sockets or bases three.

15 a nd so for the other side: on this hand and that hand by the gate of the court were hangings of fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three.

Also for the other side of the court gate, left and right, were hangings of fifteen cubits; their pillars three and their sockets or bases three.

16 A ll the hangings of the court round about were of fine twined linen.

All the hangings around the court were of fine twined linen.

17 A nd the sockets for the pillars were of brass; the hooks of the pillars, and their fillets, of silver; and the overlaying of their capitals, of silver; and all the pillars of the court were filleted with silver.

The sockets for the pillars were of bronze, the hooks of the pillars and their joinings of silver, the overlaying of their tops of silver, and all the pillars of the court were joined with silver.

18 A nd the screen for the gate of the court was the work of the embroiderer, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen: and twenty cubits was the length, and the height in the breadth was five cubits, answerable to the hangings of the court.

The hanging or screen for the gate of the court was embroidered in blue, purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen; the length was twenty cubits and the height in the breadth was five cubits, corresponding to the hangings of the court.

19 A nd their pillars were four, and their sockets four, of brass; their hooks of silver, and the overlaying of their capitals, and their fillets, of silver.

Their pillars were four and their sockets of bronze four; their hooks were of silver, and the overlaying of their tops and their joinings were of silver.

20 A nd all the pins of the tabernacle, and of the court round about, were of brass.

All the pegs for the tabernacle and around the court were of bronze.

21 T his is the sum of the things for the tabernacle, even the tabernacle of the testimony, as they were counted, according to the commandment of Moses, for the service of the Levites, by the hand of Ithamar, the son of Aaron the priest.

This is the sum of the things for the tabernacle of the Testimony, as counted at the command of Moses, for the work of the Levites under the direction of Ithamar son of Aaron, the priest.

22 A nd Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, made all that Jehovah commanded Moses.

24 A ll the gold that was used for the work in all the work of the sanctuary, even the gold of the offering, was twenty and nine talents, and seven hundred and thirty shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

All the gold that was used for the work in all the building and furnishing of the sanctuary, the gold from the offering, was 29 talents and 730 shekels, by the shekel of the sanctuary.

25 A nd the silver of them that were numbered of the congregation was a hundred talents, and a thousand seven hundred and threescore and fifteen shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary:

And the silver from those numbered of the congregation was 100 talents and 1, 775 shekels, by sanctuary standards:

26 a beka a head, that is, half a shekel, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for every one that passed over to them that were numbered, from twenty years old and upward, for six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty men.

A beka for each man, that is, half a shekel, by the sanctuary shekel, for everyone who was counted, from twenty years old and upward, for 603, 550 men.

27 A nd the hundred talents of silver were for casting the sockets of the sanctuary, and the sockets of the veil; a hundred sockets for the hundred talents, a talent for a socket.

The 100 talents of silver were for casting the sockets or bases of the sanctuary and of the veil; 100 sockets for the 100 talents, a talent for a socket.

28 A nd of the thousand seven hundred seventy and five shekels he made hooks for the pillars, and overlaid their capitals, and made fillets for them.

Of the 1, 775 shekels he made hooks for the pillars, and overlaid their tops, and made joinings for them.

29 A nd the brass of the offering was seventy talents, and two thousand and four hundred shekels.

The bronze of the offering was 70 talents and 2, 400 shekels.

30 A nd therewith he made the sockets to the door of the tent of meeting, and the brazen altar, and the brazen grating for it, and all the vessels of the altar,

With it Bezalel made the sockets for the door of the Tent of Meeting, and the bronze altar and the bronze grate for it, and all the utensils of the altar,

31 a nd the sockets of the court round about, and the sockets of the gate of the court, and all the pins of the tabernacle, and all the pins of the court round about.
