1 P raise and thanks be to the Lord, my rock. He makes my hands ready for war, and my fingers for battle.

（ 大 卫 的 诗 。 ） 耶 和 华 ─ 我 的 磐 石 是 应 当 称 颂 的 ！ 他 教 导 我 的 手 争 战 ， 教 导 我 的 指 头 打 仗 。

2 H e is my loving-kindness and my walls of strength, my strong place and the One Who sets me free, my safe-covering and the One in Whom I trust. He brings my people under my rule.

他 是 我 慈 爱 的 主 ， 我 的 山 寨 ， 我 的 高 ? ， 我 的 救 主 ， 我 的 盾 牌 ， 是 我 所 投 靠 的 ； 他 使 我 的 百 姓 服 在 我 以 下 。

3 O Lord, what is man that You think of him, the son of man that You remember him?

耶 和 华 啊 ， 人 算 甚 麽 ， 你 竟 认 识 他 ！ 世 人 算 甚 麽 ， 你 竟 顾 念 他 ！

4 M an is like a breath. His days are like a passing shadow.

人 好 像 一 口 气 ； 他 的 年 日 如 同 影 儿 快 快 过 去 。

5 O Lord, divide Your heavens and come down. Touch the mountains so they will smoke.

耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 使 天 下 垂 ， 亲 自 降 临 ， 摸 山 ， 山 就 冒 烟 。

6 S end out lightning and divide them. Send out Your arrows and trouble them.

求 你 发 出 闪 电 ， 使 他 们 四 散 ， 射 出 你 的 箭 ， 使 他 们 扰 乱 。

7 P ut out Your hand from above. Take me out of trouble and away from the many waters, from the power of those from other lands.

求 你 从 上 伸 手 救 拔 我 ， 救 我 出 离 大 水 ， 救 我 脱 离 外 邦 人 的 手 。

8 T heir mouths speak lies. And their right hand is a right hand that is false.

他 们 的 口 说 谎 话 ； 他 们 的 右 手 起 假 誓 。

9 I will sing a new song to You, O God. I will sing praises to You on a harp of ten strings.

神 啊 ， 我 要 向 你 唱 新 歌 ， 用 十 弦 瑟 向 你 歌 颂 。

10 Y ou save kings. You take Your servant David away from the sharp sword.

你 是 那 拯 救 君 王 的 ； 你 是 那 救 仆 人 大 卫 脱 离 害 命 之 刀 的 。

11 T ake me out of trouble and away from the power of those from other lands. Their mouths speak lies. And their right hand is a right hand that is false.

求 你 救 拔 我 ， 救 我 脱 离 外 邦 人 的 手 。 他 们 的 口 说 谎 话 ； 他 们 的 右 手 起 假 誓 。

12 M ay our young sons be like plants that are full-grown. And may our daughters be like the corner pieces of a great house.

我 们 的 儿 子 从 幼 年 好 像 树 栽 子 长 大 ； 我 们 的 女 儿 如 同 殿 角 石 ， 是 按 建 宫 的 样 式 凿 成 的 。

13 M ay our store-houses be full of all kinds of food. And may our sheep grow by the thousands and ten thousands in our fields.

我 们 的 仓 盈 满 ， 能 出 各 样 的 粮 食 ； 我 们 的 羊 在 田 间 孳 生 千 万 。

14 L et our cattle give birth without trouble and without loss. And may there be no cry of trouble in our streets.

我 们 的 牛 驮 着 满 驮 ， 没 有 人 闯 进 来 抢 夺 ， 也 没 有 人 出 去 争 战 ； 我 们 的 街 市 上 也 没 有 哭 号 的 声 音 。

15 H appy are the people who have all this. Yes, happy are the people whose God is the Lord!

遇 见 这 光 景 的 百 姓 便 为 有 福 ！ 有 耶 和 华 为 他 们 的 神 ， 这 百 姓 便 为 有 福 ！
