1 C on mi voz clamaré a Jehová; Con mi voz pediré a Jehová misericordia.

I cried unto the Lord with my voice; with my voice unto the Lord did I make my supplication.

2 D elante de él expondré mi queja; Delante de él manifestaré mi angustia.

I poured out my complaint before him; I shewed before him my trouble.

3 C uando mi espíritu se angustiaba dentro de mí, tú conociste mi senda. En el camino en que andaba, me escondieron lazo.

When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then thou knewest my path. In the way wherein I walked have they privily laid a snare for me.

4 M ira a mi diestra y observa, pues no hay quien me quiera conocer; No tengo refugio, ni hay quien cuide de mi vida.

I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul.

5 C lamé a ti, oh Jehová; Dije: Tú eres mi esperanza, Y mi porción en la tierra de los vivientes.

I cried unto thee, O Lord: I said, Thou art my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.

6 E scucha mi clamor, porque estoy muy afligido. Líbrame de los que me persiguen, porque son más fuertes que yo.

Attend unto my cry; for I am brought very low: deliver me from my persecutors; for they are stronger than I.

7 S aca mi alma de la cárcel, para que alabe tu nombre; Me rodearán los justos, Porque tú me serás propicio.

Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise thy name: the righteous shall compass me about; for thou shalt deal bountifully with me.
