1 （ 亚 萨 的 训 诲 诗 。 ） 神 啊 ， 你 为 何 永 远 丢 弃 我 们 呢 ？ 你 为 何 向 你 草 场 的 羊 发 怒 ， 如 烟 冒 出 呢 ？

O God, why have You turned away from us forever? Why does Your anger burn against the sheep in Your fields?

2 求 你 记 念 你 古 时 所 得 来 的 会 众 ， 就 是 你 所 赎 ； 作 你 产 业 支 派 的 ， 并 记 念 你 向 来 所 居 住 的 锡 安 山 。

Remember Your people that You bought a long time ago. You made them free to be the family of Your promise, and Mount Zion, where You have lived.

3 求 你 举 步 去 看 那 日 久 荒 凉 之 地 ， 仇 敌 在 圣 所 中 所 行 的 一 切 恶 事 。

Turn Your steps toward this place that has been destroyed forever. Those who hate You have destroyed all that is in the holy place.

4 你 的 敌 人 在 你 会 中 吼 叫 ； 他 们 竖 了 自 己 的 旗 为 记 号 。

Those who hate You have called out in the center of Your meeting place. They have set up their flags to show that they have won.

5 他 们 好 像 人 扬 起 斧 子 ， 砍 伐 林 中 的 树 。

They acted like men taking up axes against a group of trees.

6 圣 所 中 一 切 雕 刻 的 ， 他 们 现 在 用 斧 子 锤 子 打 坏 了 。

All of its fine work has been broken with axes and sticks.

7 他 们 用 火 焚 烧 你 的 圣 所 ， 亵 渎 你 名 的 居 所 ， 拆 毁 到 地 。

They have burned Your holy place to the dust. They have made dirty the house of Your name.

8 他 们 心 里 说 ： 我 们 要 尽 行 毁 灭 ； 他 们 就 在 遍 地 把 神 的 会 所 都 烧 毁 了 。

They said in their hearts, “Let us destroy all of these places!” They have burned all the meeting places where God was worshiped in the land.

9 我 们 不 见 我 们 的 标 帜 ， 不 再 有 先 知 ； 我 们 内 中 也 没 有 人 知 道 这 灾 祸 要 到 几 时 呢 ！

We do not see any special things happening. There is no longer anyone who speaks for God. And none of us knows how long this will be.

10 神 啊 ， 敌 人 辱 骂 要 到 几 时 呢 ？ 仇 敌 亵 渎 你 的 名 要 到 永 远 麽 ？

O God, how long will those who hate You laugh at the truth? Will they speak against Your name forever?

11 你 为 甚 麽 缩 回 你 的 右 手 ？ 求 你 从 怀 中 伸 出 来 ， 毁 灭 他 们 。

Why do You take Your hand away, even Your right hand? Put it out and destroy them!

12 神 自 古 以 来 为 我 的 王 ， 在 地 上 施 行 拯 救 。

God is still my King from long ago. He does saving works upon the earth.

13 你 曾 用 能 力 将 海 分 开 ， 将 水 中 大 鱼 的 头 打 破 。

You divided the sea by Your power. You broke the heads of the large dragons in the waters.

14 你 曾 砸 碎 鳄 鱼 的 头 ， 把 他 给 旷 野 的 禽 兽 （ 禽 兽 ： 原 文 是 民 ） 为 食 物 。

You crushed the heads of the Leviathan. And You fed him to the animals of the desert.

15 你 曾 分 裂 磐 石 ， 水 便 成 了 溪 河 ； 你 使 长 流 的 江 河 乾 了 。

It was You Who opened up the earth for water to flow out. And You dried up rivers that flow forever.

16 白 昼 属 你 ， 黑 夜 也 属 你 ； 亮 光 和 日 头 是 你 所 预 备 的 。

The day is Yours. And the night is Yours. You have set the light and the sun in their places.

17 地 的 一 切 疆 界 是 你 所 立 的 ； 夏 天 和 冬 天 是 你 所 定 的 。

You have divided all the lands and seas and nations of the earth. You have made summer and winter.

18 耶 和 华 啊 ， 仇 敌 辱 骂 ， 愚 顽 民 亵 渎 了 你 的 名 ， 求 你 记 念 这 事 。

Remember how those who hate You have laughed at the truth, O Lord. Foolish people have spoken against Your name.

19 不 要 将 你 斑 鸠 的 性 命 交 给 野 兽 ； 不 要 永 远 忘 记 你 困 苦 人 的 性 命 。

Do not give the life of Your dove over to the wild animal. Do not forget the lives of Your troubled people forever.

20 求 你 顾 念 所 立 的 约 ， 因 为 地 上 黑 暗 之 处 都 满 了 强 暴 的 居 所 。

Think about Your agreement. For the dark places of the land are full of fighting.

21 不 要 叫 受 欺 压 的 人 蒙 羞 回 去 ； 要 叫 困 苦 穷 乏 的 人 赞 美 你 的 名 。

Do not let those who suffer under a bad power return without honor. Let those who suffer and those who are in need praise Your name.

22 神 啊 ， 求 你 起 来 为 自 己 伸 诉 ！ 要 记 念 愚 顽 人 怎 样 终 日 辱 骂 你 。

Rise up, O God. Stand up for Your rights. Remember how the foolish man speaks against You all day long.

23 不 要 忘 记 你 敌 人 的 声 音 ； 那 起 来 敌 你 之 人 的 喧 哗 时 常 上 升 。

Do not forget the voice of those who hate You, the noise that comes without stopping from those who rise against You.
