10 b easts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:

11 k ings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:

Kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all rulers and judges of the earth!

12 b oth young men, and maidens; old men, and children:

Both young men and maidens, old men and children!

13 l et them praise the name of the Lord: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.

Let them praise and exalt the name of the Lord, for His name alone is exalted and supreme! His glory and majesty are above earth and heaven!

14 H e also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the Lord.

He has lifted up a horn for His people, a song of praise for all His godly ones, for the people of Israel, who are near to Him. Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!)
