1 （ 大 卫 的 训 诲 诗 。 ） 得 赦 免 其 过 、 遮 盖 其 罪 的 ， 这 人 是 有 福 的 ！

Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

2 凡 心 里 没 有 诡 诈 、 耶 和 华 不 算 为 有 罪 的 ， 这 人 是 有 福 的 ！

Blessed is the man unto whom the Lord imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

3 我 闭 口 不 认 罪 的 时 候 ， 因 终 日 唉 哼 而 骨 头 枯 乾 。

When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.

4 黑 夜 白 日 ， 你 的 手 在 我 身 上 沉 重 ； 我 的 精 液 耗 尽 ， 如 同 夏 天 的 乾 旱 。 （ 细 拉 ）

For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.

5 我 向 你 陈 明 我 的 罪 ， 不 隐 瞒 我 的 恶 。 我 说 ： 我 要 向 耶 和 华 承 认 我 的 过 犯 ， 你 就 赦 免 我 的 罪 恶 。 （ 细 拉 ）

I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.

6 为 此 ， 凡 虔 诚 人 都 当 趁 你 可 寻 找 的 时 候 祷 告 你 ； 大 水 泛 溢 的 时 候 ， 必 不 能 到 他 那 里 。

For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.

7 你 是 我 藏 身 之 处 ； 你 必 保 佑 我 脱 离 苦 难 ， 以 得 救 的 乐 歌 四 面 环 绕 我 。 （ 细 拉 ）

Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.

8 我 要 教 导 你 ， 指 示 你 当 行 的 路 ； 我 要 定 睛 在 你 身 上 劝 戒 你 。

I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.

9 你 不 可 像 那 无 知 的 骡 马 ， 必 用 嚼 环 辔 头 勒 住 他 ； 不 然 ， 就 不 能 驯 服 。

Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.

10 恶 人 必 多 受 苦 楚 ； 惟 独 倚 靠 耶 和 华 的 必 有 慈 爱 四 面 环 绕 他 。

Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the Lord, mercy shall compass him about.

11 你 们 义 人 应 当 靠 耶 和 华 欢 喜 快 乐 ； 你 们 心 里 正 直 的 人 都 当 欢 呼 。

Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.
