2 P raise Him for His mighty acts; praise Him according to the abundance of His greatness!

Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.

3 P raise Him with trumpet sound; praise Him with lute and harp!

Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.

4 P raise Him with tambourine and dance; praise Him with stringed and wind instruments or flutes!

Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.

5 P raise Him with resounding cymbals; praise Him with loud clashing cymbals!

Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.

6 L et everything that has breath and every breath of life praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!)

Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.
