4 S harp arrows of the warrior, With the burning coals of the broom tree.
Sharp arrows of the mighty, with coals of juniper.
5 W oe is me, for I sojourn in Meshech, For I dwell among the tents of Kedar!
Woe is me, that I sojourn in Mesech, that I dwell in the tents of Kedar!
6 T oo long has my soul had its dwelling With those who hate peace.
My soul hath long dwelt with him that hateth peace.
7 I am for peace, but when I speak, They are for war.
I am for peace: but when I speak, they are for war.
