1 P raise ye Jah! Praise ye God in His holy place, Praise Him in the expanse of His strength.

Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

2 P raise Him in His mighty acts, Praise Him according to the abundance of His greatness.

Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.

3 P raise Him with blowing of trumpet, Praise Him with psaltery and harp.

Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.

4 P raise Him with timbrel and dance, Praise Him with stringed instruments and organ.

Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.

5 P raise Him with cymbals of sounding, Praise Him with cymbals of shouting.

Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.

6 A ll that doth breathe doth praise Jah! Praise ye Jah!

Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.
