K hi dân Y-sơ-ra-ên đã giết xong hết thảy người thành A-hi, hoặc trong đồng ruộng hay là trong đồng vắng, là nơi chúng nó bị đuổi theo, và khi hết thảy, đến đỗi người chót, đã ngã rạp dưới lưỡi gươm rồi, thì dân Y-sơ-ra-ên trở về A-hi và giết bằng lưỡi gươm những kẻ còn ở tại đó.

When Israel had finished slaying all the inhabitants of Ai in the field and in the wilderness into which they pursued them, and they were all fallen by the sword until they were consumed, then all the Israelites returned to Ai and smote it with the sword.
