C uando Israel acabó de matar a todos los habitantes de Hai en el campo y en el desierto, adonde ellos los habían perseguido y todos habían caído a filo de espada hasta ser exterminados, todo Israel volvió a Hai y la hirieron a filo de espada.

When Israel had finished slaying all the inhabitants of Ai in the field and in the wilderness into which they pursued them, and they were all fallen by the sword until they were consumed, then all the Israelites returned to Ai and smote it with the sword.
