D ios se apartó de ellos y los entregó a que rindieran culto al ejército del cielo; como está escrito en el libro de los profetas: »“¿Acaso me ofrecisteis víctimas y sacrificios en el desierto por cuarenta años, casa de Israel?

But God turned and delivered them up to worship and serve the host (stars) of heaven, as it is written in the book of the prophets: Did you offer to Me slain beasts and sacrifices for forty years in the wilderness (desert), O house of Israel?
