O f these to preside over the work of the house of Jehovah twenty and four thousand, and officers and judges six thousand,

وَكانَتْ وَظِيفَةُ أربَعَةٍ وَعِشْرِينَ ألفاً مِنْ هَؤُلاءِ الإشْرافَ عَلَى عَمَلِ بَيتِ اللهِ. وَكانَ سِتَّةُ آلافٍ مِنْهُمْ عُرَفاءَ وَقَضاةً.
