Q uebraré los cerrojos de Damasco y destruiré a los moradores del valle de Avén y a los gobernadores de Bet-edén, y el pueblo de Siria será transportado a Kir, dice Jehová.»

I will break also the bar of Damascus and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of Aven or On, and him who holds the scepter from Beth-eden; and the people of Syria shall go into exile to Kir, says the Lord.
