А з ще строша лостовете на Дамаск, И ще изтребя от Авенското поле жителя, И от Еденовия дом оногова, който държи скиптър; И Сирийските люде ще бъдат откарани пленници в Кир, казва Господ.

I will break also the bar of Damascus and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of Aven or On, and him who holds the scepter from Beth-eden; and the people of Syria shall go into exile to Kir, says the Lord.
