Q uebraré los cerrojos de Damasco, destruiré a los habitantes de Bicat Avén y a los gobernadores de Bet Edén, y el pueblo de Siria será llevado a Quir. —Palabra del Señor.

I will break also the bar of Damascus and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of Aven or On, and him who holds the scepter from Beth-eden; and the people of Syria shall go into exile to Kir, says the Lord.
