S o watch yourselves, so that you do not forget the agreement the Lord your God made with you, or make a false god for yourselves that looks like something which the Lord your God has told you not to do.

Aşadar, vegheaţi asupra voastră şi nu uitaţi legământul Domnului, Dumnezeul vostru, pe care l-a încheiat cu voi. Să nu vă faceţi vreun idol sau orice alt fel de chip pe care Domnul, Dumnezeul vostru, v-a interzis să-l faceţi.
