K eep yourselves, do not forget the covenant of the LORD your God, which he established with you, and make yourselves a graven image or the likeness of any thing, which the LORD thy God has forbidden thee.

Aşadar, vegheaţi asupra voastră şi nu uitaţi legământul Domnului, Dumnezeul vostru, pe care l-a încheiat cu voi. Să nu vă faceţi vreun idol sau orice alt fel de chip pe care Domnul, Dumnezeul vostru, v-a interzis să-l faceţi.
