A nd they took him and threw him into the hole. The hole was empty and had no water in it.

وَأمْسَكُوهُ وَألقَوْا بِهِ فِي البِئْرِ. وَكانَتِ البِئْرُ فارِغَةً بِلا ماءٍ.
