A nd they took him, and cast him into a pit: and the pit was empty, there was no water in it.

وَأمْسَكُوهُ وَألقَوْا بِهِ فِي البِئْرِ. وَكانَتِ البِئْرُ فارِغَةً بِلا ماءٍ.
