A nd Saul cast the spear, for he said, “I will pin David to the wall!” But David escaped his presence twice.

وَكانَ فِي يَدِ شاوُلَ رُمحٌ. فَقالَ شاوُلُ فِي نَفسِهِ: «سَأُسَمِّرُ داوُدَ فِي الحائِطِ بهَذا الرُّمحِ.» فَتَنَحَّى داوُدُ عَنِ الرُّمْحِ مَرَّتَينِ.
