1 Samuel 16:7 ~ ﺻﻤﻮﺋﻴﻞ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ 16:7

A nd the LORD replied unto Samuel, Do not look on his countenance or on the height of his stature because I have refused him, for it is not as man sees, for man looks on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks on the heart.

لَكِنَّ اللهَ قالَ لِصَمُوئِيلَ: «صَحِيحٌ أنَّ أليآبَ طَوِيلٌ وَوَسِيمٌ، لَكِنْ لا تُدخِلْ هَذِهِ الأُمُورَ فِي اعتبارِكَ. فَاللهُ لا يَنظُرُ إلَى ما يَراهُ النّاسُ. هُوَ لا يَنظُرُ إلَى مَظهَرِ الإنسانِ، وَإنَّما إلَى قَلبِهِ. فَلَيسَ أليآبُ هُوَ الَّذِي اختَرتُهُ.»
