1 Samuel 16:7 ~ ﺻﻤﻮﺋﻴﻞ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ 16:7

B ut the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.

لَكِنَّ اللهَ قالَ لِصَمُوئِيلَ: «صَحِيحٌ أنَّ أليآبَ طَوِيلٌ وَوَسِيمٌ، لَكِنْ لا تُدخِلْ هَذِهِ الأُمُورَ فِي اعتبارِكَ. فَاللهُ لا يَنظُرُ إلَى ما يَراهُ النّاسُ. هُوَ لا يَنظُرُ إلَى مَظهَرِ الإنسانِ، وَإنَّما إلَى قَلبِهِ. فَلَيسَ أليآبُ هُوَ الَّذِي اختَرتُهُ.»
