A nd it came to pass on the day that Elkanah sacrificed, he gave to Peninnah his wife and to all her sons and her daughters portions;

وَكُلَّما قَدَّمَ ألقانَةُ ذَبائِحَهُ، كانَ يُعطِي حِصَّةً واحِدَةً مِنَ الطَّعامِ لِزَوجَتِهِ فَنِنَّةَ وَحِصَّةً أُخْرَى لِكُلِّ واحِدٍ مِنْ أبنائِها.
