a n oath of Jehovah is between them both, that he hath not put forth his hand against the work of his neighbour, and its owner hath accepted, and he doth not repay;

să se facă un jurământ în Numele Domnului între cele două părţi. Cel căruia i se încredinţase animalul va mărturisi că n-a pus mâna pe bunurile celuilalt; stăpânul va accepta jurământul şi celălalt nu va fi dator să-i restituie nimic.
