t he oath of Jehovah shall be between them both, whether he hath not put his hand unto his neighbor's goods; and the owner thereof shall accept it, and he shall not make restitution.

să se facă un jurământ în Numele Domnului între cele două părţi. Cel căruia i se încredinţase animalul va mărturisi că n-a pus mâna pe bunurile celuilalt; stăpânul va accepta jurământul şi celălalt nu va fi dator să-i restituie nimic.
