A nd Hanun taketh the servants of David, and shaveth them, and cutteth their long robes in the midst, unto the buttocks, and sendeth them away.

فَألقَى حانُونُ القَبْضَ عَلَى مُمَثِّلِي داوُدَ وَحَلَقَ لِحاهُمْ، وَقَصَّ ثِيابَهُمْ مِنَ الوَسَطِ عِنْدَ الوِرْكِ، ثُمَّ صَرَفَهُمْ.
