S o Hanun took David’s servants, shaved them, and cut off their garments in the middle at their buttocks, and sent them away.

فَألقَى حانُونُ القَبْضَ عَلَى مُمَثِّلِي داوُدَ وَحَلَقَ لِحاهُمْ، وَقَصَّ ثِيابَهُمْ مِنَ الوَسَطِ عِنْدَ الوِرْكِ، ثُمَّ صَرَفَهُمْ.
