T herefore Hanun took David’s servants, shaved them, cut off their garments in the middle near their buttocks, and sent them away.

فَألقَى حانُونُ القَبْضَ عَلَى مُمَثِّلِي داوُدَ وَحَلَقَ لِحاهُمْ، وَقَصَّ ثِيابَهُمْ مِنَ الوَسَطِ عِنْدَ الوِرْكِ، ثُمَّ صَرَفَهُمْ.
