a nd all the men of valour rise and bear away the body of Saul, and the bodies of his sons, and bring them in to Jabesh, and bury their bones under the oak in Jabesh, and fast seven days.

s'au sculat toţi oamenii viteji, au luat trupul lui Saul şi trupurile fiilor lui, şi le-au dus la Iabes. Le-au îngropat oasele supt stejar, la Iabes, şi au postit şapte zile.
