Т ак говорит Господь: – За три греха Дамаска, и за четыре, не отвращу Мой гнев. За то, что он молотил Галаад молотильными досками с железными зубьями,

Thus says the Lord: For three transgressions of Damascus and for four, I will not reverse the punishment of it or revoke My word concerning it, because they have threshed Gilead with iron sledges.
