В есь народ пошел к храму Баала и разрушил его. Они разбили на куски жертвенники и идолов и убили перед жертвенниками Маттана, жреца Баала.

And all the people went into the house of Baal, and broke it down; and they broke his altars and his images in pieces, and slew Mattan the priest of Baal before the altars.
