P asó sus hijos por fuego en el valle del hijo de Hinom, y observaba los tiempos, confiaba en agüeros, era dado a adivinaciones y consultaba a adivinos y encantadores; se excedió en hacer lo malo ante los ojos de Jehová, hasta encender su ira.

And he burned his children as an offering in the Valley of Ben-hinnom, and practiced soothsaying, augury, and sorcery, and dealt with mediums and wizards. He did much evil in the sight of the Lord, provoking Him to anger.
