N o haya, pues, entre vosotros varón o mujer, o familia o tribu, cuyo corazón se aparte hoy de Jehová nuestro Dios, para ir a servir a los dioses de esas naciones; no haya en medio de vosotros raíz que produzca hiel y ajenjo,

Beware lest there should be among you a man or woman, or family or tribe, whose heart turns away this day from the Lord our God to go and serve the gods of these nations; lest there should be among you a root that bears gall and wormwood,
