Ezequiel 31:14 ~ Ezekiel 31:14

p ara que no se exalte en su altura ninguno de los árboles que crecen junto a las aguas, ni levante su copa entre la espesura, ni confíe en su altura ninguno de los que beben aguas; porque todos están destinados a la muerte, a lo profundo de la tierra, entre los hijos de los hombres, con los que descienden a la fosa.

All this is so that none of the trees by the waters may exalt themselves because of their height or shoot up their top among the thick boughs and the clouds, and that none of their mighty ones should stand upon themselves for their height, all that drink water. For they are all delivered over to death, to the lower world, in the midst of the children of men, with those who go down to the pit (the grave).
