D acă Dumnezeul tatălui meu, Dumnezeul lui Avraam şi Cel de Care se teme Isaac, n-ar fi fost cu mine, cu siguranţă m-ai fi lăsat acum să plec cu mâinile goale. Dar Dumnezeu a văzut suferinţa mea şi truda mâinilor mele şi te-a mustrat azi noapte.

And if the God of my father, the God of Abraham and the Dread and Fear of Isaac, had not been with me, surely you would have sent me away now empty-handed. God has seen my affliction and humiliation and the labor of my hands and rebuked you last night.
