Zaccaria 1:4 ~ Zechariah 1:4

“ Non siate come i vostri padri, ai quali i profeti precedenti si rivolgevano, dicendo: ‘Così dice il Signore degli eserciti: Tornate indietro dalle vostre vie malvagie, dalle vostre malvagie azioni!’ Ma essi non diedero ascolto e non prestarono attenzione a me”, dice il Signore.

Do not be as your fathers, unto whom the former prophets have cried, saying, Thus hath the LORD of the hosts said; Turn now from your evil ways and from your evil doings: but they did not hear, nor hearken unto me, said the LORD.
