1 Samuel 11:7 ~ I Sa-mu-ên 11:7

H e took two bulls and cut them in pieces and sent them through the land of Israel with the men who had brought the news, saying, “This will be done to the bulls of those who will not come out after Saul and Samuel.” The fear of the Lord came upon the people, and they all came out together.

Người bắt một cặp bò, sả ra từng miếng, gởi cho sứ giả đem đến khắp địa phận Y-sơ-ra-ên với lời rao nầy: Phàm ai không ra theo Sau-lơ và Sa-mu-ên, thì các con bò nó tất sẽ bị làm như vậy. Sự kinh khủng của Đức Giê-hô-va giáng trên dân sự, nên hết thảy chúng đều đi ra như chỉ một người.
