S o this is what the Lord says: ‘Your wife will sell the use of her body in the city. Your sons and daughters will be killed by the sword. Your land will be divided and given to others. You yourself will die in an unclean land. And Israel will be driven away from this land to a strange country.’”

De aceea, aşa vorbeşte Domnul: „Soţia ta va deveni o prostituată în cetate, iar fiii tăi şi fiicele tale vor cădea răpuşi de sabie! Ogorul tău va fi împărţit cu funia de măsurat, şi tu însuţi vei muri pe un meleag necurat. Iar Israel va fi dus, în mod sigur, în captivitate, departe de ţara sa“
